Consent to be Recorded

The Virtual Reading Room (“TVRR”) uses online remote video technology, such as Zoom, to

conduct its tutoring sessions. All remote tutoring sessions will be audio and video recorded. By

participating in remote learning, you agree and give consent to TVRR’s recording of the tutoring

sessions, including the recording of the student’s name, image and voice, and any personally

identifiable information shared by the student during the instruction.

TVRR will undertake to ensure the anonymity and confidentiality of any recorded student and

represents that the use of any video and/or audio recordings will be for internal purposes only.
